Now we’re hosting a series of focus groups to explore key themes in more depth. These conversations will help us better understand the context behind your feedback, uncover designation-specific insights, and identify practical ways to enhance the support and resources we offer.

Why Focus Groups?
To deepen our understanding and ensure we’re moving in the right direction, we’re hosting a series of focus groups where you can share your reflections in your own words. These sessions will:
- Explore your experiences and aspirations as a nurse or nurse practitioner
- Gather insights on how NNPBC can better support your growth
- Help shape future offerings in education, advocacy, and member engagement
The goal is to hear actionable insights on how NNPBC can better serve nurses in all designations, throughout their career.
Join the Conversation
We’re inviting nurses from all designations — RNs, LPNs, NPs, RPNs, and new grads — to share their perspectives. Each group is limited to 15 participants (minimum of 2), so register early to secure your spot.
Each hour-long session will be led by NNPBC’s Lead, Continuing Education and Professional Development and Manager, Practice, Education, and Research, and designed to be collaborative, respectful, and forward-looking.
