Advica Health’s new GreenShield+ app launches tomorrow, marking the transition of your current Mental Health on Demand (MHOD) program to a new and improved platform. Designed to be more user-friendly, this upgraded experience will continue to provide you and your family with the same timely and confidential mental health services as before.
To access this improved service, all current and new users will need to register and create a new account on the GreenShield+ app starting tomorrow (November 1st).
Please note: If you have previously used the Mental Health on Demand (MHOD) service (via Inkblot), once you re-register your details in the GreenShield+ app, your appointment history and therapy matches will be securely transferred over. Also, if you have any upcoming scheduled therapy appointments, those can be accessed via the new platform once you have created your new account. Once you have set up your account in GreenShield+, you may delete the Inkblot application.
Create Your Account and be Entered to Win
- On or after November 1st, visit the GreenShield+ app to create your account
- Create Your Account and Share Your Coverage (takes <2 mins)
- Select "Through an Employer or Organization"
- Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Use your Organization Code "nnpbc" and enter your email address
- Create and verify your new account
- Share MHOD coverage with your spouse/dependents <25 years old by forwarding this email to them or creating an account on their behalf
- Each member of your family will need to create their own account to access the mental health services
- New accounts will automatically be entered into a draw
- You will automatically be entered into the draw for one of two Fitbits!
- Access 24/7 Mental Health On Demand
- Login via the web portal OR download GreenShield+ app from the App Store/Google Play Store to access the services on an ongoing basis
